Had the chance to get hold of Maybelline's Colossal, which claims to give 9x volume after application and how it doesn't clump. Being a mascara freak, I decided to challenge this wand. The bottle looks fugly, nothing about it attracts my eyes.
Being a good friend, I intend to try it and do a pictorial review on it. Firstly, I need a model to demonstrate the 'magic wand'.
Drum roll please, I present DOMO PLEASH.
This is his left eyes, without any application of Colossal. Pretty.
This is his right eyes, with only one coat of Colossal. Darn Angmohs, they don't even need to curl their lashes. Fucking hell!
As you can see, there's no clumping but that could be because it's new. It claims to give 9x volume but I think they exaggerated it. Overall, it does give his eyes volume but not as much as it claimed, approximately 4x?
Is not too bad from a drug store cosmetic brand and is definitely better than most I had tried.
Look how it opens up his eyes.... pretty indeed.
I will give it 4/5 stars... Do give it a try.
